Editorial Notes
Codification Section was enacted as part of the Department of the Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2009, and also as part of the Omnibus Appropriations Act, 2009, and not as part of the Federal Oil and Gas Royalty Management Act of 1982 which comprises this chapter. Section is based on a proviso in the par. under the headings “Minerals Management Service” and “royalty and offshore minerals management” in title I of div. E of Pub. L. 111–8.
