now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 ->
59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun,
verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make
legal-us-code default now covers every title.

A prior section 2901 of title I of Pub. L. 90351, as added Pub. L. 110199, title I, § 112(a), Apr. 9, 2008, 122 Stat. 672, authorized the Attorney General to make grants for qualified drug treatment programs as alternatives to imprisonment, prior to repeal by Pub. L. 114255, div. B, title XIV, § 14013, Dec. 13, 2016, 130 Stat. 1298.
