34 U.S.C. § 20707 - Definitions

Text

In this chapter:

(1) Severe forms of trafficking in persons The term “severe forms of trafficking in persons” has the meaning given the term in section 7102(9) 11 See References in Text note below. of title 22.

(2) Sex trafficking The term “sex trafficking” has the meaning given the term in section 7102(10) 1 of title 22.

(3) Commercial sex act The term “commercial sex act” has the meaning given the term in section 7102(4) of title 22.
