59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun,
verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make
legal-us-code default now covers every title.

36 U.S.C. § 153104 - Exclusive right to name, seals, emblems, and badges

Text

The corporation and its subordinate divisions have the exclusive right to use the name “National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution”. The corporation has the exclusive right to use and to allow others to use seals, emblems, and badges the corporation adopts.

The words “the corporation adopts” are substituted for “as have heretofore been adopted or used by the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution” for consistency in the revised title.
