Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. 40 U.S.C. § 15734 - Great Lakes Authority
Text
The region of the Great Lakes Authority shall consist of the counties which contain, in part or in whole, the areas in the watershed of the Great Lakes and the Great Lakes System (as such terms are defined in section 118(a)(3) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1268(a)(3))), in each of the following States:
(1) Illinois.
(2) Indiana.
(3) Michigan.
(4) Minnesota.
(5) New York.
(6) Ohio.
(7) Pennsylvania.
(8) Wisconsin.
