Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. 42 U.S.C. § 10309 - New spending authority; amounts provided in advance

Any new spending authority described in subsection (c)(2)(A) or (B) of section 651 11 See References in Text note below. of title 2 which is provided under this chapter shall be effective for any fiscal year only to such extent or in such amounts as are provided in advance in appropriations Acts.
