Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. Codification Section, Pub. L. 110–422, title VI, § 603, Oct. 15, 2008, 122 Stat. 4796, which related to contingency plan for cargo resupply of the International Space Station, and required contingency plan to be delivered to congressional committees no later than one year after Oct. 15, 2008, was omitted from the Code following the enactment of Title 51, National and Commercial Space Programs, by Pub. L. 111–314.
