Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. C, title XXXI, § 3141, Nov. 5, 1990, 104 Stat. 1837, which related to contractor liability for injury or loss of property arising out of atomic weapons testing programs, was renumbered section 4803 of Pub. L. 107–314 by Pub. L. 108–136, div. C, title XXXI, § 3141(k)(4)(A)–(C), Nov. 24, 2003, 117 Stat. 1783, and transferred to former section 2783 of Title 50, War and National Defense. See section 6324 of Title 10, Armed Forces.
