42 U.S.C. § 299c7 - Definitions

Text

In this subchapter:

(1) Advisory Council The term “Advisory Council” means the National Advisory Council on Healthcare Research and Quality established under section 299c of this title.

(2) Agency The term “Agency” means the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality.

(3) Director The term “Director” means the Director of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality.
