Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. 42 U.S.C. § 6991j - Use of funds for release prevention and compliance
Text
Funds made available under section 6991m(2)(D) of this title from the Trust Fund may be used to conduct inspections, issue orders, or bring actions under this subchapter—
(1) by a State, in accordance with a grant or cooperative agreement with the Administrator, of 11 So in original. State regulations pertaining to underground storage tanks regulated under this subchapter; and
(2) by the Administrator, for tanks regulated under this subchapter (including under a State program approved under section 6991c of this title).
