Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. 48 U.S.C. § 1713 - Qualifications for Office of Delegate
Text
To be eligible for the Office of Delegate a candidate must—
(a) be at least twenty-five years of age on the date of the election,
(b) have been a citizen of the United States for at least seven years prior to the date of the election,
(c) be an inhabitant of the territory from which he is elected, and
(d) not be, on the date of the election, a candidate for any other office.
