Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. 50 U.S.C. § 2331 - Procurement of detection equipment for United States border security
Text
Of the amount authorized to be appropriated by section 301,11 See References in Text note below. $15,000,000 is available for the procurement of—
(1) equipment capable of detecting the movement of weapons of mass destruction and related materials into the United States;
(2) equipment capable of interdicting the movement of weapons of mass destruction and related materials into the United States; and
(3) materials and technologies related to use of equipment described in paragraph (1) or (2).
