Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. 1 U.S.C. § 103 - Enacting or resolving words after first section
Text
No enacting or resolving words shall be used in any section of an Act or resolution of Congress except in the first.
