Bill Relating to military affairs and civil defense; to add Section 31-1-9 to the Code of Alabama 1975, to create the Troy Act; to provide that references in the code to the United States Uniformed Services include the Public Health Service Commissioned Corps and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Commissioned Officer Corps; and to direct the Code Commissioner to make these changes as appropriate in the Code of Alabama 1975.
