Bill	Emergency Supplies For Colorado Babies And Families	The act creates the diaper distribution program (program) in the department of human services (department) to provide diapering essentials to eligible individuals. The department shall solicit interest and cost distribution proposals from diaper distribution centers to administer the program for not more than twelve months after which the department shall commence a selection process that complies with the state procurement code.
