Colorado SB 23-266 (2023A) — Neonic Pesticides As Limited-use Pesticides
The act requires that, on or before January 1, 2024, the commissioner of agriculture adopt rules requiring neonicotinoid pesticides to be designated as limited-use pesticides and authorizing only licensed dealers to sell them.
