Bill	Transfers to the Nurse Home Visitor Program Fund	The act increases the percentage of the master settlement money (money) received by the state that is credited to the tobacco litigation settlement cash fund and is subsequently transferred to the nurse home visitor program fund (fund) from 26.7% to 28.7%.
