Hawaii HB 2275 (2026) — RELATING TO FUNDING ADJUSTMENTS FOR STATE PROGRAMS.

Appropriates moneys to certain programs for operations in FY26-27. Appropriates moneys into and out of the Major Disaster Fund to address disaster recovery and response costs. Allows the Governor to authorize the transfer to state agencies of up to $100,000,000 in funds appropriated out of the Major Disaster Fund to address an imminent threat to public health, safety, or welfare arising from an emergency.
