Provides that within 20 days after a county or municipality issues a permit or other authorization for the construction of residential buildings within any residentially-zoned subdivision created through a plat recorded after July 1, 2003, the county or municipality must notify any community antenna television system franchised to serve all or a portion of the subdivision of the issuance of the permit or other authorization. Illinois SB 886 (93rd) — LOC GOV-CABLE TELEVISIONS
Amends the Counties Code and the Illinois Municipal Code concerning community antenna television systems. Provides that within 20 days after a county or municipality issues a permit or other authorization for the construction of residential buildings within any residentially-zoned subdivision created through a plat recorded after July 1, 2003, the county or municipality must notify any community antenna television system franchised to serve all or a portion of the subdivision of the issuance of the permit or other authorization.
