Directs the Oregon Health Authority to establish by rule minimum educational requirements for licensure as an emergency medical services provider. <b>Prohibits a person from using certain titles or initials unless the person is licensed at a level that corresponds to the title or initials. </b>Becomes operative on January 1, 2027. Establishes the Long Term Care and Senior Care Emergency Medical Services Advisory Subcommittee within the Emergency Medical Services Advisory Committee to provide advice and recommendations to the committee on issues related to long term care and senior care.
