Bill Animal Control - As enacted, gives agencies that operate shelters from which animals are adopted or reclaimed the option of using the forfeited spay/neuter deposit fund to defray operational expenses of programs the agency operates, provided the agency has a forfeited deposit fund balance of at least the total of the last six months of forfeited deposits collected. - Amends TCA Section 44-17-503.
