Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. Prior ProvisionsA prior section 61e, act Aug. 5, 1955, ch. 568, § 1, 69 Stat. 501, prescribed gross annual compensation of Sergeant at Arms of Senate.
