7 U.S.C. § 4004a - Applicability of supplemental nutrition assistance requirements
Text
Section 2013(b) of this title shall not apply with respect to distribution of surplus commodities under section 4004 of this title.

Codification Pub. L. 110–234 and Pub. L. 110–246 made identical amendments to this section. The amendments by Pub. L. 110–234 were repealed by section 4(a) of Pub. L. 110–246. Section was enacted as part of the Agriculture and Food Act of 1981, and not as part of the Agricultural Act of 1980 which comprises this chapter.
Amendments2008—Pub. L. 110–246, § 4002(b)(1)(B), (2)(II), made technical amendment to reference in original act which appears in text as reference to section 2013(b) of this title.
