verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make
legal-us-code default now covers every title.

30 U.S.C. § 276 - Application of subchapter to Louisiana and New Mexico only

The provisions of this subchapter shall apply only to the States of Louisiana and New Mexico.
