Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. 39 U.S.C. § 2605 - Suits to recover wrongful or fraudulent payments
Text
The Postal Service shall request the Attorney General to bring a suit to recover with interest any payment made from moneys of, or credit granted by, the Postal Service as a result of—
(1) mistake;
(2) fraudulent representations;
(3) collusion; or
(4) misconduct of an officer or employee of the Postal Service.
