Florida SB 432 (2026) — Intoxicating Substances

Intoxicating Substances; Creating “Megs Law”; prohibiting tobacco or nicotine dealers, or their agents or employees, from possessing, selling, possessing with intent to sell, delivering, or giving, directly or indirectly, nitrous oxide on or from the dealers licensed premises; excepting from the list of Schedule I controlled substances certain xylazine animal drug products approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration and used for certain purposes; creating the offense of trafficking in xylazine, etc.
