Prior ProvisionsA prior section 64–2, Pub. L. 95–26, title I, § 108, May 4, 1977, 91 Stat. 85, provided that, on and after May 4, 1977, Secretary of Senate was authorized to transfer funds between appropriations with approval of a resolution of Senate.
