# 6 U.S.C. § 672 - Designation of critical infrastructure protection program
|
||
|
||
## Text
|
||
|
||
A critical infrastructure protection program may be designated as such by one of the following:
|
||
|
||
(1) The President.
|
||
|
||
(2) The Secretary of Homeland Security.
|
||
|
||
