Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code
now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 ->
59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun,
verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make
legal-us-code default now covers every title.

# 16 U.S.C. § 391d - Change in name of part of Hawaii National Park
## Text
Effective September 22, 1961, the portion of the Hawaii National Park situated on the island of Hawaii, established and administered pursuant to sections 391, 393, and 394 of this title, as amended and supplemented, shall be known as the Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park.

Change of Name Pub. L. 106510, § 3(a)(2), Nov. 13, 2000, 114 Stat. 2363, provided that: “Any reference in any law (other than this Act [see Tables for classification]), regulation, document, record, map, or other paper of the United States to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park shall be considered a reference to Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park.”
