Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. # 20 U.S.C. § 3422 - Office of Inspector General

## Text

||
There shall be in the Department an Office of Inspector General, established in accordance with chapter 4 of title 5.
|
||
|
