Fabio 76b8ec33a7 Legal corpus: the complete U.S. Code (59,740 sections, all 53 titles)
Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code
now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 ->
59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun,
verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make
legal-us-code default now covers every title.

# 20 U.S.C. § 7291 - Awards for academic enrichment
## Text
(a) Program authorized From funds reserved under section 7251(b)(2)(C) of this title, the Secretary shall award grants, contracts, or cooperative agreements, on a competitive basis, to eligible entities for the purposes of enriching the academic experience of students by promoting—
(1) arts education for disadvantaged students and students who are children with disabilities, as described in section 7292 of this title;
(2) school readiness through the development and dissemination of accessible instructional programming for preschool and elementary school children and their families, as described in section 7293 of this title; and
(3) support for high-ability learners and high-ability learning, as described in section 7294 of this title.
(b) Annual awards The Secretary shall annually make awards to fulfill each of the purposes described in paragraphs (1) through (3) of subsection (a).
