# 20 U.S.C. § 9520 - Competitive awards
|
||

||
## Text

||
|
||
Activities carried out under this Act through grants, contracts, or cooperative agreements, at a minimum, shall be awarded on a competitive basis and, when practicable, through a process of peer review.
|
||
