Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. # 22 U.S.C. § 1631 - Definitions
|
|
|
|
## Text
|
|
|
|
As used in this subchapter the term—
|
|
|
|
(1) “Person” means a natural person, partnership, association, other unincorporated body, corporation, or body politic.
|
|
|
|
(2) “Property” means any property, right, or interest.
|
|
|
|
(3) “Treaty of peace”, with respect to a country, means the treaty of peace with that country signed at Paris, France, February 10, 1947, which came into force between that country and the United States on September 15, 1947.
|
|
|
|
