# 36 U.S.C. § 70501 - Organization
|
||

## Text
|
||
|
||
(a) Federal Charter.— The Foundation of the Federal Bar Association (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation.
|
||
|
||
(b) Perpetual Existence.— Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
|
||
