Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. # 42 U.S.C. § 5319 - Community participation in programs
|
||
|
||
## Text
|
||
|
||
No community shall be barred from participating in any program authorized under this chapter solely on the basis of population, except as expressly authorized by statute.
|
||
|
