# 42 U.S.C. § 298d - Authorization of appropriations
|
||

||
## Text
|
||
|
||
(a) In general For the purpose of carrying out parts B, C, and D (subject to section 297t(g) of this title), there are authorized to be appropriated $137,837,000 for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2025.
|
||
|
||
(b) Part E For the purpose of carrying out part E, there are authorized to be appropriated $117,135,000 for each of the fiscal years 2021 through 2025.
|
||

(b). 2010—Pub. L. 111–148, § 5312, amended section generally. Prior to amendment, section related to authorization of appropriations for fiscal years 1998 through 2002, allocations of amounts, and use of methodology.
