Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. # 54 U.S.C. § 100752 - Destruction of animals and plant life

||
## Text

||
The Secretary may provide for the destruction of such animals and plant life as may be detrimental to the use of any System unit.
|
||
