# California SB 78 (20112012) — Administration of justice.

||
|
||
(1) Existing law created the Legal Services Revolving Fund in the State Treasury. Existing law requires the Attorney General to charge the costs incurred in providing legal services. Existing law prohibits charges, except as approved by the Department of Finance, for legal services to be against the General Fund.
