# California AB 27 (20132014) — Vehicles: registration: one-trip permits.

||
|
||
Existing law prohibits a person from driving any motor vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer unless it is registered and the appropriate fees have been paid to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) , or it is registered under the permanent trailer identification program, except as specified.
