||
|
||
(1) Existing law provides for the Medi-Cal program, which is administered by the State Department of Health Care Services, under which qualified low-income individuals receive health care services. Existing law provides that a health facility is eligible to receive supplemental reimbursement under the Medi‑Cal program if the facility has specified characteristics, including that the facility is owned or operated by the state, a county, a city, a city and county, or a health care district.
