# California AB 75 (20132014) — Alcohol and drug programs.

|
||
Under existing law, the State Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs is responsible for administering prevention, treatment, and recovery services for alcohol and drug abuse and problem gambling. Existing law requires the department to issue allocations of state and federal funds available to counties to provide alcohol and other drug programs.
