# California AB 1015 (20152016) — Parking: car share vehicles.

Existing law provides that the Vehicle Code is applicable and uniform throughout the state and in all counties and municipalities, and prohibits a local authority from enacting or enforcing an ordinance or resolution on those matters covered by the Vehicle Code unless expressly authorized by that code.
