Bill	Cemetery and Funeral Bureau.	Existing law provides for the licensure and regulation of funeral directors, funeral establishments, and embalmers, by the Cemetery and Funeral Bureau pursuant to the Funeral Directors and Embalmers Law, and a violation of the law is a crime. Existing law provides for the licensure and regulation of cemetery managers, cemetery brokers, cemetery salespersons, crematories, and crematory managers, pursuant to the Cemetery Act, by the Cemetery and Funeral Bureau. Existing law directs charges imposed under the law and the act to be deposited into the State Funeral Directors and Embalmers Fund or the Cemetery Fund, respectively. Under existing law, these funds are continuously appropriated. California AB 180 (20152016) — Cemetery and Funeral Bureau.

Existing law provides for the licensure and regulation of funeral directors, funeral establishments, and embalmers, by the Cemetery and Funeral Bureau pursuant to the Funeral Directors and Embalmers Law, and a violation of the law is a crime.
