# California AB 180 (20152016) — Cemetery and Funeral Bureau.

|
||
Existing law provides for the licensure and regulation of funeral directors, funeral establishments, and embalmers, by the Cemetery and Funeral Bureau pursuant to the Funeral Directors and Embalmers Law, and a violation of the law is a crime.
