# California AB 103 (20172018) — Public safety: omnibus.

(1) Existing law requires a court, prior to the entry of any judgment in a class action, to determine the total amount that will be payable to all class members. The court is also required to set a date when the parties are to report to the court the total amount that was actually paid to the class members.
