# California AB 2133 (20172018) — Criminal justice: state summary criminal history records.

||
|
||
Existing law requires the Attorney General to furnish state summary criminal history information to specified persons or entities, including courts and probation officers, if needed in the course of their duties, and authorizes the Attorney General to furnish state or federal summary criminal history information upon a showing of a compelling need to other persons or entities, including an illegal dumping enforcement officer or a peace officer of another country.
