# California AB 1199 (20192020) — State property: Fairview Developmental Center.

Existing law authorizes the Director of General Services, with the consent of the State Department of Developmental Services, to let to a nonprofit corporation, for a period not to exceed 55 years, up to 5 acres of real property located within the grounds of the Fairview State Hospital, which is also known as the Fairview Developmental Center, for specified purposes and subject to certain conditions.
