# California AB 334 (20192020) — California Republican Party: county central committees.

Existing law establishes the political party organization of the California Republican Party. Existing law authorizes a county central committee of the party to elect a member to the committee to replace a member whose term is expiring at every presidential primary election. Existing law authorizes a county central committee of the party, in accordance with its rules and regulations, to determine the number, the district allocation, and the manner of election of its members at any time by holding a caucus or convention, or by using any other method approved by the committee.
