# California SB 386 (20232024) — Elections.

||
|
||
(1) Existing law establishes procedures for the filing of a state initiative or referendum petition with county elections officials and for county elections officials and the Secretary of State to determine the validity and numerical sufficiency of the signatures submitted with the petition.
