# Delaware SB 35 (149) — AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE ADOPTION OF THE RECOGNITION OF EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES PERSONNEL LICENSURE INTERSTATE COMPACT ACT.

This Act enacts the Recognition of Emergency Medical Services Personnel Licensure Interstate Compact Act ("REPLICA").
